The patient presented with occasional sensitivity to cold. Clinical examination revealed distal caries on UR5. The UR6 contained a 2 year old Bioclear Class II restoration mesially.
Biofilm was removed with aluminum trihydroxide powder and Aquasol (Aquacare). The Blue Evolve matrix height was selected using the Evolve Indicator, placed with a Diamond Wedge and Universal Twin Ring, and its seal confirmed before restoration.

Selective Caries Removal
Given the cavity depth, the 3-Point Spot Weld technique was used to ensure proper contact point formation. Bioclear Injection Moulding was performed with 3M™ Scotchbond™ Universal Plus Adhesive, warmed 3M™ Filtek™ Bulk Fill Flowable Restorative, and 3M™ Filtek™ One Bulk Fill Restorative in shade A3.
The restoration was then shaped and refined with a carbide bur and 3M™ Sof-Lex™ coarse discs.

Bioclear Black Triangle and Anterior matrices were positioned mesially and distally on UL1, with shield matrices placed on adjacent teeth for space protection.
The Bioclear Injection Molding technique was performed using 3M™ Scotchbond™ Universal Plus Adhesive, warmed 3M™ Filtek™ Supreme Flowable, and 3M™ Filtek™ Supreme XTE Universal body composite in shade B1. The central incisor was then sculpted and refined using large and small 3M™ Sof-Lex™ coarse and medium discs.

After shaping, pre polishing
The restoration was polished with Bioclear Rock Star Polish, Bioclear Magic Mix, and SS White Jazz Polishers, achieving a smooth surface and consistent shine.
Final photos show an anatomical Class II restoration with broad contact areas and strong composite, ensuring durability, healthy periodontal tissues, and good polish retention.
